Quotes and Invoices

Quotes are only valid for 24 hours once submitted to the Client for approval. Prices are subject to change at the will of the supplier.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 14 - 15 business days from the time we have an approved Quote and we have all information required to complete your order, including, but not limited to, artwork, artwork approval, completed payment, and shipping information. Delay in receipt of any of the aforementioned information can and will result in production delays. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for any delay caused by changes made to the order after payment is received. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for missing deadlines because of weather conditions, power supply interruptions, vendor shortages and errors, shipping errors, or acts of God. Please note that our standard turnaround time may deviate due to an influx in business, and if this happens, a member of our sales team will communicate this prior to the production of your job.

Rush Orders

Orders that require an in-hand date sooner than our standard turnaround time are subject to rush fees. Below is the rush fee percentage schedule which indicates the turnaround time needed earlier than our standard turnaround time. Rush fees are subject to change based on production capabilities.

1 - 3 Business Days: 100%

4 - 7 Business Days: 50%

8 - 10 Business Days: 35%

11 - 13 Business Days: 20%

Rush Orders are subject to the same Under/Over Runs Allowance as standard orders. Rush time frames are based on our current production schedule and do not include shipping time. Music City Creative, LLC reserves the right to refuse Rush Order requests based on business or product availability.

Shipping

Music City Creative, LLC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. Music City Creative, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping that cause order(s) to arrive post “in-hand” date. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the shipping provider. Music City Creative, LLC is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of its respective carrier. Shipping costs are based on product weight and your zip code and may change based on current rates, and may be subject to additional fees by the shipping carrier during high volume shipping times, such as holidays or summer.

Artwork

All files must be submitted in an editable vector format or exported at 300 DPI raster images. All artwork files must be submitted in the size they should be printed. All text must be converted to outlines. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for poor-quality printing due to low-quality artwork. Music City Creative, LLC is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues with submitted artwork after approval.

By submitting artwork to Music City Creative, LLC you warrant that it is not copyrighted by any third party. In the event that copyrighted artwork is submitted without proper authorization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Music City Creative, LLC for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the submitted artwork provided and approved by you, the customer.

Music City Creative, LLC reserves the right to request copyright information or proof of ownership of any artwork submitted.

All artwork produced by Music City Creative, LLC is owned by Music City Creative, LLC, unless purchased outright by the client. The purchasing of the artwork must be discussed prior to releasing full rights of said artwork and is subject to applicable fees.

Artwork Approval

All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email or Printavo, Music City Creative, LLC’s invoicing system. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork by the customer. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval may result in production delays and additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced and is responsible.


Ink Colors & Pantone Matching

Because of the nature of water-based and discharge inks, we cannot guarantee exact Pantone color matching. Additionally, we cannot guarantee ink colors based on visual mockups alone. Monitors can vary significantly from one computer to another, so we recommend checking a Pantone book for color accuracy. Any gradient printing, such as Music City Creative, LLC’s signature rainbow, will differ from garment to garment.

Seam, Collar, and Zipper Printing

Any printing on or over any seams or zippers is subject to printing inconsistencies and/or distortion. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered misprints. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.

Artwork printing on garments is printed at a standard two inches from the collar. However, each garment is loaded onto the press by hand, so not all shirts will be printed exactly the same. Prints may vary as much as one inch in either direction. Music City Creative, LLC will not reprint or refund shirts printed in these cases.

Outsourced Services

Any outsourced services and/or products produced by a third-party vendor(s) on behalf of Music City Creative, LLC are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party vendor(s). For a detailed list of any outsourced services, if any, provided for your order(s), please contact your Music City Creative, LLC sales rep.

Garment Disclaimer

Music City Creative, LLC is not responsible for manufacturing defects including, but not limited to, color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, coloring, dye, and/or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.). It is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size. All additional garments will be included in the print run and billed accordingly.

Out of Stock Items

Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements. Replacements may require additional approval before production begins.

Customer Supplied Garment

Clients must provide a detailed list of supplied garments including manufacture, style number, color, size, and quantities of each printed prior to order confirmation. Music City Creative, LLC reserves the right to refuse to print on certain garments based on garment content. Customer-supplied garments are subject to the same Under/Over Runs Allowance as standard orders.

Under/Over Runs Allowance

All orders within the Under/Over Run Allowance of the ordered quantity will be considered acceptable for delivery. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for underruns or spoilage up to 5% on jobs of 100+ shirts per design; and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 shirts per design. For this reason, we highly recommend you order extra garments for each size to account for this allowance. If requested, in the event of an underrun greater than our Under/Over Run Allowance, then we will reprint the remaining quantity. Music City Creative, LLC will not, at any time, be responsible for any lost profits on items shorted from your order.

Quality Assurance

It is your responsibility, as the customer, to check over garments as you receive them. We allow a standard 72-hour window from the time you receive your order(s) to notify us of any issues. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. Music City Creative, LLC will not be responsible for any lost income, customer, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer.

Wash Down & Hand

Because water-based and discharge ink is redying the fabric it is printed on, Music City Creative, LLC is not responsible for the fading or weathering of goods. Small amounts of wash down on ink colors are expected with each additional wash as fabric fades with additional washes. Always follow wash instructions on the garment, and wash garments inside out in cold water to preserve vibrancy.

Cancellations

Cancellations made after an order is placed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has begun on the order.

Advertising Clause

Music City Creative, LLC reserves the right to include product images, product examples, and/or service examples created by Music City Creative, LLC on behalf of you, the client, in marketing and promotional materials for the purpose of promoting Music City Creative, LLC’s goods and services. These promotional materials may include but are not limited to, social media, print media, video advertisements, and radio advertisements. If you are not comfortable with Music City Creative, LLC promoting the goods and/or services that were provided to you, please let your sales rep know prior to placing your order.
